Long Wave Pass (LWP) edge filters represent Andover's solution for precise spectral control in longer wavelength regions.
These filters employ first-surface dielectric coatings to achieve sharp transitions between transmission and blocking regions, delivering superior performance compared to conventional colored glass filters.
Designed to transmit longer wavelengths while effectively blocking shorter ones, these filters provide excellent spectral discrimination across the 300-1000nm range, with at least 85% average transmission from the 50% cut-on point to 2000nm, making them ideal for demanding optical applications requiring precise wavelength selection.
