Filter Wheels

Filter wheels are precision mechanical devices engineered to provide rapid and precise filter selection in optical systems. Whether configured as a 6-position wheel for 25mm filters or a 12-position wheel for 12.5mm filters, these instruments enable automated spectral control crucial for applications in fluorescence microscopy, astronomical imaging, and spectroscopy. Our filter wheels feature both manual operation and motorized control through USB 2.0 or RS-232 interfaces, with support for programmable filter sequences and LabVIEW integration for both Windows and Mac platforms.

Threaded Filter Rings

Threaded filter rings provide secure mechanical mounting solutions for optical filters in precision instruments. Manufactured to industry-standard thread specifications including M27, M30.5, M37, M40.5, M46, M49, and M52, these rings enable reliable integration with a wide range of optical equipment. Each ring features precision machining, black anodized finishing, and laser-engraved identification, ensuring both functionality and ease of use in laboratory and industrial applications.

Temperature Controllers

Temperature controllers are precision thermal management systems designed to maintain optimal performance of wavelength-sensitive optical filters. With regulation accuracy of ±0.25°C across an ambient range of 0-30°C and controlled temperatures from 30-60°C, these controllers ensure spectral stability in demanding applications. Each unit includes a complete assembly kit with optical-quality windows, universal power adaptation (110-220V), and compatibility with filter sizes up to 75mm diameter.

Optical & Electrical Epoxies

Epolite FH-5313 is a high-performance epoxy system engineered for precision optical and electronic applications. This 100% solid, room-temperature curing adhesive provides superior optical clarity and excellent mechanical strength up to 200°F (93°C). Available in pre-measured A-Paks or bulk quantities, it offers excellent chemical resistance and reliable performance for bonding optical components, potting electronic assemblies, and securing precision alignments in demanding environments.
